Day 5

I lost .6 lbs yesterday. I can't feel too bad about it, I totally cheated. I had a whole bag of caramel chex mix and then a Jamba Juice. I got some stressful news about work and it was my birthday. Today I am on track though. I AM going to do this.

Although what I was thinking to start something over the 4th of July I'll never know!!!

Today I had my lemon water, an apple, 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk. I'm about to have Crusty Italian Chicken and Marinara Sauce for lunch.

Day 4 (June 30)

So it's my birthday today and I'm 37.

I lost 2 lbs yesterday!!! Gave me the incentive I needed to continue today. On to my lemon water!

Day 3 (June 29)

Found out yesterday that Cami Oborn, a lady in our ward, was killed Monday in a rafting accident. I didn't know her well, but I was in a Sunday School class with her and she was a very nice person. I am in shock that something like this has happened. It seems weird that life has to go on and it can't just stand still for a few minutes.

Today is my first day at 500 calories. For breakfast I am having hot water with lemon, then an apple and green tea. I measured myself this morning. UGH


***So today I think I did pretty well with my food, of course I'm not drinking enough water.
I had an apple for breakfast, then 2 egg whites and 1 egg with tomato slices for a snack. For lunch I had cucumber slices and cinnamon toast. For dinner I had chicken and asparagus. I also had an orange for a snack, and 2 cups of green tea.

I did pretty good not thinking about food until around noon. Then it's all I could think about. I think it will take a couple of days to start losing any weight, but I am determined!

Day 2

Today is my second day of fat loading and I FEEL SICK!!! I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, cinnamon bears, I TRIED to drink 2 cokes but I don't think I even finished 8 ounces, 10 roasted marshmallows and half a Cafe Rio Steak salad. What a wasted day for food-I didn't feel like eating. Very upsetting.
Today I weighed in at 190-I hate this. And what was I thinking, doing this just days before my birthday. Ah well-I'm ready to lose this weight (again) and keep it off. I've heard that means I have to exercise. Yuck.

June 27 2011 (Day 1)

I'm starting HCG again today, along with my mother. I have gained back everything but 10 lbs. from last years weight loss. I am committed to doing this again this year. Kelly has been on the 17 day diet and lost about 14 lbs and he looks fabulous!
We are now out of debt and struggling to build up our emergency fund. Between soccer and trying to get our backyard in, it's not getting built as fast as I would like, or Kelly would like. Hopefully soon (after soccer tournament fees) we can start building it faster.

Starting Weight: 189 (I haven't done measurements yet)
I had a donut and hot water w/lemon this morning. I'm about to have another donut. It's a fat loading day.

**End of the day and here is what I had to eat today: 3 donuts, Olive Garden dinner (Ziti, salad, 3 breadsticks and dessert) and a little pasta for lunch, green tea and a little water. I feel like I'm going to puke. UGH
